Tamalin Cottage - A West Hobart Gem

Positive: Great location, beautiful view and perfect size for 2 couples

Positive: Good location with good views over Hobart from the deck. Stylish, modern comfortable house easily big enough for 4 adults. Well equipped kitchen wise. The visiting wallaby in the garden in the evening. Only a few minutes walk from the shops, bars and eateries of Elizabeth St with regular buses to/from the town centre. Negative: The shower! With only one curtain over a two sided bath it just meant the floor got very wet with every shower. There was no hanging space in the bedroom and no coat hooks.

Warm, cosy, perfect accommodation Positive: Quiet but central location, beautiful warm and modern home, had everything we needed and our whole family had a great stay Negative: We didn’t stay long enough!

We had a lovely stay. Positive: Great location and well-kept house.

Cosy and beautiful Positive: The cottage was beautifully styled and everything was new or near new. There was a lot of space, the rooms are generously sized and the bathroom and tub were also huge. Negative: It got quite cold in the evenings and there was no heating in the bedrooms (or electric blankets), however there were enough blankets and I was warm enough at night. There is limited parking at the front of the property and quite a few stairs up to the front door so getting luggage on wheels up can be a little challenging.
