Wonderful stay only problem was the weather was cold & couldn't take advantage of the outdoor area

Great apartment, let down by cleaning Positive: The central location was perfect for us and the underground car park was a bonus. It had all the facilities we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, as well as a huge rooftop area to sit outside. The staff who we communicated with were also great, very responsive and helpful. Negative: The standard of cleaning let it down. As soon as we arrived, we noticed crumbs on the kitchen benches and in the cupboards next to the bins. Later, we noticed a huge cobweb at the top of the bedroom patio doors and the bedside lamps were covered in dust, they had obviously not been cleaned for some time. It was such a a shame, because if the cleaning had been better we couldn't have faulted it.
