Modern large appartment, central with all facilities Positive: It had a big deck, secure parking and was central . There was aircon in each room. Nice appliances , beds great size and comfortable. Looked modern Negative: The floors needed a vacuum and mop. Some kitchen cabinets were broken, tapware was loose and/or put on upside down 🤷‍♀️ The ensuite lights were too dull to put on makeup

Hobart was lovely and the weather was on point! Positive: Location was great ! Rooms were spacious layout of the apartment was great ! Negative: Just some feedback for the money that we paid it could have been cleaner Floors could have been washed - a tad sticky & vacuumed better especially under the couches ! More than 1 tea towel would be better more than 1 toilet Roll in each bathroom, sink could have been scrubbed. Get your cleaning staff to check out the draws in bedrooms found empty cans of alcohol?? Perhaps a folder with recommendations of eateries!

Great location, spacious and clean. Positive: Location was amazing, very convenient and only a few minutes away from the main city area. Food was very close by and easy to access. They also had parking onsite which was convenient. Negative: N/A
