Lots of good things about this place. A couple of tweaks and it would be 10/10.
Positive: Nicely renovated, modern home with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Good location, quiet street, easy walk to Sandy Bay shops. Heated floor in main bathroom.
Negative: The air conditioning unit in the front room is noisy, and cuts in & out. There were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms.

Very new and good facilities! The house is very comfortable. We are very pleased with the house!
