Warm, Inviting & Luxurious The Barn

A perfect cosy stay in a fantastic location. Positive: An absolutely beautiful property in a quiet out of the way street but still very close to the heart of Sandy bay. The Barn is very cosy with all the creature comforts, welcoming and well appointed. The host messaged with all the information which was friendly and easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again. Negative: To be honest there were very few issues, I guess the fact you would be able to see someone on the toilet from the couch because of the gap in the bathroom door is a minor inconvenience but it was the only thing I spotted.

Perfect for our 3 night stay. Positive: Excellent location within walking distance of Sandy Bay Hub. Loved the warmth of decor respectful of historic building. Bed was super comfortable, kitchen facilities excellent. Negative: Entrance outside could have been cleaner and garden tidied. Couches well used and may need reupholstering.

Nice property, clean, cozy.

Positive: The barn was absolutely beautiful to stay at! We spent 4 nights there, and could not fault the place. It was in a great location, about 15 mins walk from battery point/salamanca markets. The place was clean, had soaps and necessities like milk etc. It did get a little cold at times, given there is no heater, although there is a fireplace. Negative: Nothing we didn’t like.
